When Catman and his pals, dressed as “superheroes,” are accused by an ex-Instagram follower that that they “victimize innocent people and poop in little girls’ mouths,” Catman responds, “That’s not true. We’re ‘Coon and Friends, not Harvey Weinstein.”
South Park’s an easy target for anyone smarter than a cartoon frog, but sometimes not giving a shit is a good policy. Here’s Trey Parker’s technique for getting a good performance while recording the voice of toddler Ike Broflovski for South Park. In this case, Canadian adoptee Ike is voiced by none other than Trey’s daughter Betty Boogie Parker.
A sublime incarnation of the WoW-playing “mad gamer” from that epic South Park episode, “Make Love Not Warcraft.” The man (can’t find his name!) deserves all of the prizes, and I hope Blizzcon rewarded his genius appropriately.
