Billie Jean King hits the Hamptons

Billie Jean King arrived by helicopter in the Hamptons, spies said, for Mike Milken’s Prostate Cancer Foundation’s Charles Evans PCF Pro-Am Tennis Tournament Gala.

The former champ checked out the charity tournament’s lineup of masters of the universe — including hedge-fund titans Bill Ackman, Larry Leeds and John Paulson — play with current and former pros such as Wayne Ferreira and Santiago González.

We hear King also hit a lunch at Hamptons hostess Lally Weymouth’s place, and an event at billionaire David Koch’s Meadow Lane estate, where she was interviewed by Milken.

The Q&A on Koch’s four-acre property included a trailer for the upcoming film “Battle of the Sexes,” in which Emma Stone portrays King opposite Steve Carell as Bobby Riggs.

A spy said, “Billie Jean told her life story with clips from the film and the trailer.”

Back in the city, before the US Open, King spoke at a WSJ+ panel at the Whitby Hotel and revealed that she wished she’d gone into politics after her famed 1973 exhibition match against Riggs, but her personal life was too tumultuous at the time.
