Aaron Judge spotted in stands at third round of U.S. Open

Maybe witnessing a gland slam in person will help him out.

Yankees rookie slugger Aaron Judge, who has put up historically bad numbers in the second half of the season, was seen at the U.S. Open in Queens on Saturday night.

Judge was shown on the big screen for the first time at Arthur Ashe Stadium during Rafael Nadal’s match against Leonardo Mayer.

It’s not clear who Judge is looking over the court with, but one angle showed the blonde woman next to the slugger checking him out. At least he isn’t striking out off the diamond.

Earlier in the day, Judge and the Yankees beat the Red Sox, 5-1, to pull within 4.5 games of first place in the AL East. The rookie went 0-4 with two strikeouts.

Judge has not blasted a home run for the Yankees since the last time they were in Queens– on Aug. 16.
